21 October 2007 - This looks like the new little Japanese squash (called Delicata). It tastes like a "sweeter Acorn squash". Recommend slicing it in half and inverting the halves (upside down) in a dish. Bake at 325-250 degrees as you would a baked potato (until soft). Try it! |
