Barnyard Animals
What is the one thing a farm must have? Animals, of course! Every Spring brings us a new crop of baby animals to share with you and your family. Most of our animals have been born in March or April this year. Our baby chicks and ducks come Montomgery County Schools near and far. We enjoy having different animals every year. Watching them grow over the months is a wonderful experience for us as we hope it will be for you too. Your children may meet our chicks in June and by October they grow to full size chickens. Or meet the baby goats ("Kids" themselves) in the Spring and come back in the Fall to see how their horns have developed.

No, we don't teach our goats to climb the Goat Ramp. It's their natural instinct to go to the highest point.

In past years we've had several reports of children being left unattended in the barnyard. Please understand this is not a safe practice. We fully expect parents to stay with their child and have them under supervision at all times on the farm. |
Barnyard Rules:
- No one may enter pens.
- No screaming at animals.
- No chasing animals.
- Do not put hands in the pens.
